Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during new launches, sales, or restocks.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled, as we begin processing right away.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your local post office or shipping provider directly.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we only ship within North America. Orders placed for international addresses, including the European Union, will be automatically canceled and refunded.
